What is collected, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. Updated 2 October 2026.
This site belongs to Aishah Shah, a sole trader in Western Sydney who builds AI systems and trains teams for health and care businesses. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Aishah Shah.
It covers what is collected through this website, the quiz, email and phone, and what happens to it.
Only what you choose to send: your name, email, phone number, business name and role, your quiz answers, and anything you write in a message.
Basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, rough location by country). No advertising trackers.
Please do not send patient, participant or client health information. None is needed, and it will be deleted if it arrives.
To reply to you, send what you asked for (for example your quiz result), and book a call.
To send occasional emails only if you ticked the box to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and requests are honoured within five working days.
It is never sold, rented or traded.
Email: Google (Gmail).
Forms, the quiz and the email list: SalesFunnels.io, which runs on the HighLevel platform. HighLevel stores data in the United States, so your details may be held overseas. By using the form or quiz you agree to that.
This website: hosted by Cloudflare.
You get an automatic message confirming it arrived. After that, a person — Aishah — reads it and replies.
Nothing is sent on your behalf, and no decision about you is made by a machine.
AI tools help draft and design some pages, images and replies. A person reviews everything before it is published or sent.
Statue and painting images are public-domain works (The Metropolitan Museum of Art Open Access; Claude Monet via Wikimedia Commons). Examples marked "sample" are illustrations, not real clients or data.
Email hello@aishahshah.com.au and you can see what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
If you are not happy with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Send the task that eats most of your week, or ask how visible you are to AI. You'll be told honestly what is worth doing first — and what isn't.
AI is a tool. Your judgement is still the business. Western Sydney, and Australia-wide where the work can be done online.
